Listing your property on the MLS in conjunction with PineappleHut is one of the best ways to start marketing your property for sale—without paying a huge seller's agent commission. The MLS is the most comprehensive, uniform and detailed database for residential properties. It is an exclusive paid service used by real estate agents to market properties.  Your listing will automatically appear on www.Realtor.com, the property search website managed by the National Association of Realtors for the general public.  We will also post your listing on www.PineappleHut.com!

With our Standard A La Carte Package you get the all the assistance you need to create a comprehensive three month listing on the MLS: 

• A PineappleHut Agent will make an appointment to visit your property;
• He/She will review and complete the MLS paperwork with you (if that is your preference);
• He/She will take digital photos for the MLS listing; and answer any questions you have. 
• AND you get a PineappleHut For Sale sign with white wooden post delivered and installed at no additional charge!  

Note that when your listing is posted on the MLS, the industry expects that the seller will offer to pay a published commission to whomever the buyer's agent is.  The typical fee ranges between 2.5% and 3%, but you can feel free to discuss your decision with your PineappleHut agent.  While you may prefer to offer a lower commission or none at all, that strategy is likely to discourage real estate agents from showing their clients your properties.

Hosting an Open House is a traditional part of real estate marketing, providing buyers and potential referral sources with the opportunity to preview your home.  Our expertise in Open House sales and marketing takes the hassle out of the process, saves you time, and puts your home's sale on the fast track.

You must place the order no later than Wednesday at 5pm for an Open House over the upcoming weekend. 

Each three hour PineappleHut-hosted Open House will include:

• Advanced set-up of Open House Signs throughout the neighborhood, directing buyers to your home (as well as sign pick-up afterwards)
• Detailed financing flyers to help buyers estimate monthly payments
