Almost 20 years experience in residential real estate lending, brokerage and appraisal, founded PineappleHut, Inc. in 2005 to meet a growing need he saw for helping homeowners market and sell their homes, avoid paying high agency commissions and increase the return on for what most would be the largest single investment of their lives.
I knew that I was walking a thin line when my computer was not running optimally. Like so many others my entire life is chronicled on my computer; irreplaceable photos of kids and all those websites I have bookmarked in my favorite folder. Not to mention my whole outlook pst folder stuffed to the hilt with years of important emails.
Then it happened, my worst nightmare, the message that anyone who has not backed up can not bear to see, “WINDOWS CAN NOT BOOT UP.”
I tried everything, spend over 12 hours trying to boot up, spoke to my IT guy (who gave me the I TOLD YOU SO) and finally just caved and realized that I have no one to blame but myself. After all my computer did not come with a Guarantee that it will last forever. I had been told that with computers it is not a matter of” if “but “when” it will fail. All computers crash at some point. Since this apocalypse, I now have all my data safe on HomeDataGuard.com. I can sleep at night knowing that I can access my data from anywhere in the world anytime I see fit. Advice, don’t put off until tomorrow what can be done today especially if it only takes minutes.

Bush plan for subprime bailout
"Daily Real Estate News | December 6, 2007 Bush Wins Agreement to Freeze Mortgages Major mortgage lenders have agreed to lock in interest rates for five years on adjustable-rate loans made to financially troubled homeowners who obtained adjustable-rate subprime mortgages between Jan. 1, 2005, and July 31, 2007.
The deal with the Bush administration represents a compromise between mortgage firms and banks that wanted to freeze rates for one or two years and banking regulators who wanted seven years"
This should be very interesting to see what happens with this latest Proposal from our Government. I think this is a great plan because it shouldn't cost taxpayers anything. The lenders are the ones who will absorb the loss as they should for making these less then desireable loans to begin with. The worst thing for any financial market is instability. Once Wall street knows that there is a plan in place that may help bring back more liquidity into our market which would spark the real estate market again. Lets see what happens. http://www.realtor.org/RMODaily.nsf/pages/News2007120601?OpenDocument

Welcome To PineappleHut
I just wanted to welcome everyone to our brand new site. We have tried to make the site as user friendly as possible. One of our main goals as a business is to be as "transparent" as possible with regards to our business philosophy and our pricing structures. We hope that we have accomplished this. If you are a For Sale By Owner, we encourage you to post your property for sale here as more and more people are visiting our site each day. Many people ask how we came up with the name PineappleHut for a real estate brokerage. Most people do not realize that pineapples represent Hospitality and Service. We chose a name which would back up our core values. Have a great holiday season and look forward to an exciting 2008!
